The Crixels 2-Year Warranty
Our manufacturer places a 2-year warranty on all pixels from the time your shipment is received. If you have 5 pixels or less that are defective, we will ship you replacement pixels that you can use to replace the bad pixels in a strand. In the rare event that you have a large failure rate, please contact us immediately for a replacement.
The warranty is void if you remove the warranty tag, cut the strand, or do anything else to modify the pixels. The warranty tag must be in place for the warranty to be valid. If you have additional questions about our warranty, please contact us at sales@crixels.com
